Regina has been a long-time resident of Park City, and is a full-time, full service Park City Real Estate Specialist helping people through the buying and selling process of residential real estate transactions from A-Z. One of the things Regina does best is coordinating the sales process to ensure a successful closing with the least amount of stress to her clients! She is with her clients every step of the way.
1. Helping people make the best informed decision by providing the necessary and up-to-date information regarding Park City and Deer Valley. 2. When working with Buyers, Regina will commit her time and resources up-front and works on a contingency basis. What this means is that she doesn't get paid until she finds the right property and carries the process through closing. In return, her clients agree to work exclusively with her during the home search process. 3. In working with her clients, Regina wants them to feel comfortable with her business practices. This requires open, two-way communication. She advises on real estate matters, but her clients make the decisions. Additionally, she has a "fiduciary" obligation when working with either a buyer or a seller. This means that Regina will never share confidential information with anyone. She is excellent at handling the details and always follows up with phone calls and emails promptly.Regina shows Buyers Listings from All Brokerages that fit their criteria as well as For Sale by Owners & Expired listings.
