Park City Real Estate

Thanks for stopping by.  I know your time is valuable, so I decided to make things simple for you and have worked diligently to make this a site for your one-stop source for Park City and Deer Valley real estate.  Also you'll find community and neighborhood information, such as schools, climate, and lifestyle.   On this site, you will find just about everything to help you make the best informed decision for your home purchase or sale.  Park City living is a life style that many people have discovered and continues to be a highly sought after ski resort town because of the richness in community, unlimited activities, and the close proximity to the Salt Lake City International Airport.  Live and play in Park City, work anywhere!

Here are some interesting tidbits about Park City that I thought you might find helpful.  Park City is located in Summit County, Utah.  It is one of two major resort towns in Utah, the other being Moab.  It is considered to be part of the Wasatch Back and a part of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.  The city is 32 miles (48 km) east of downtown Salt Lake City along Interstate 80.  The average elevation within city limits range from 6,720 ft. to 8,400 ft. above sea level. In the summertime, many valley residents of the Wasatch Front visit Park City to escape high temperatures.  Park City is usually 11 degrees F (6 degress C) cooler than Salt Lake City.

Park City has three major ski resorts:  Park City Mountain Resort, World Renowned Deer Valley Resort, and The Canyons Resort.  The Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts were the major locations for ski and snowboarding events at the 2002 Winter Olympics.  Unarguably, Park City and Deer Valley offers some of the country's best skiing, biking and hiking with an integrated trail system of over 350 miles.

Additionally, the city is the main location of the United State's largest independent film festival, (the Sundance Film Festival), home of the United States Ski Team, the largest collection of factory outlet stores in northern Utah, the 2002 Olympic bobsled/skeleton/luge track at the Utah Olympic Park, and a variety of signature golf courses.  Also, outdoor-oriented businesses such as Backcountry.com and Rossignol have their headquarters based in Park City.  The city has many upscale luxury national retailers, clubs, bars and restaurants, and has many breathtaking reservoirs and lakes located within a 10 to 15 minutes drive for you to enjoy sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing.
